Q: Do you offer a Military discount?
A: Yes we do! Contact your Family Readiness Group, Family Readiness Center, Ombudsman... etc for our Military Discount. If they are not aware of it, send them our way!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Becuase of the custom nature of our product it typically takes 7 to 10 days for your order to be made. During busy times it could increase up to 3 weeks. Everything is shipped priority mail, which is generally 2 to 4 days.
Q: How will I know if my photo is good?
A: If anything is wrong with your order we will email you. If you don't hear from us within a few days then we have moved your order onto the editing.
Q: All I have is a camera phone, can I use it?
A: Yes, one of the biggest things that will help you achieve a good enough quality photo is the lighting. Since cell phones do not have good flashes, it's best to take the photo outside in natural light. A bright overcast day provides ideal lighting conditions. Also depending on your phone, it may not take large enough photos. If there are any issues we will contact you. You may also pre send us the photo to see if it will work at email@example.com. Last but not least, if you are purchasing a body pillow or Big Daddy, it really is best to use a digital camera as we need a high resolution photo for those.
Q: Do I have to have a head to toe photo?
A: Not necessarily. We use the same doll form for all of our dolls and we use your photo as is, so the portion that is missing from the photo would be left blank on the doll. Something to keep in mind is that we have had customers come back to us and say that their children were a little freaked out by the fact that Mommy or Daddy was not "whole".
Q: Can someone else be on the doll with me?
A: Yes! The image will have to be taken in a way so that the silhouette remains of one person. This will ensure that it fits onto our form. See below for an example:

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do. If you put the items you would like in your cart you can calculate shipping costs on the cart page. First Class can take anywhere from 6 days to 4 weeks to arrive in country. Priority will take 6 to 10 days. That does not include time to go through customs and there may be a customs charge, depending on the country you live in.
